Born in Tanjung Pinang, Vicky Saputra was born in 1996. Then he grew up in Bangka until studying Visual Communication Design in Jakarta. So, he makes many different perspectives into his works. He is known for his lowbrow illustration with watercolor technique. He enjoys drawing social life into unique stuff. Insects, bone, anatomy, flowers, planets, and other universe stuff always inspired him. He believes that art is a voice, so He heard a surrounding, represented it into stuff and make a new inner voice beneath the art.
