We are
committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction is 100%
guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the
received condition of your purchased products, you may exchange it within 14
days of receipt and receive a free replacement of the product. Due to the
nature of our business, unfortunately we don’t accept any cancellations or
refund for the products you have already purchased and has been delivered.
Therefore, please make sure that you properly measure the dimension of your
wall space before you made the purchase. And at this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges
or replacements for International orders.
To request
for return or exchange, please apprehend the following steps:
1. Simply take a digital photo of the
item highlighting the stated
defects and one of the delivery containers it arrived in
2. Attach them to an email and send to
info@spasium.com
3. Please include in the body of the
email a brief description of the reason of the return
4. Within 48 hours (workdays), our
customer service will send you an approval email and Return Instruction Form (RIF) for your return request
5. After you have received an approval
email and RIF from us, please
print the RIF and complete it
6. Please have the item(s) mailed back
to our distribution warehouse (mentioned on the email), pack them properly and
place the completed RIF
inside your shipping package. Please note that SPASIUM does not cover
return shipping charges
7. Once we receive the item(s), we will
perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will
receive a confirmation email. We will exchange your product accordingly.
Be sure to
clearly specify the reason for the return. We strongly encourage you to return
your item via a trackable method. Please note that returning item(s) are
accepted for most art prints including framed items, canvas, and mounted print.
Returns are not available for some items including painted art and limited
edition prints.
